About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Administrative Assistant for an electronics manufacturing company in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll support safety and environmental training initiatives that help keep employees safe, informed, and prepared. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing content, modernizing training materials, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a professional office environment. What You'll Do as an Environmental, Health & Safety Administrative Assistant:• Redesign and modernize EHS training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint • Transform existing presentations into visually engaging, learner-friendly formats • Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions • Update online training records and internal communication systems • Maintain medical and emergency response supplies, including PPE • Communicate effectively with hourly employees and management • Assist with process improvements and documentation organization What You Need to Bring to the Environmental, Health & Safety Administrative Assistant Role:• Previous experience in administrative support, document management, or clerical work • Strong PowerPoint skills, with working knowledge of Outlook and Excel • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage timelines and complete tasks independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Details:• On-site role to start; hybrid potential based on performance • Contract length: 6 months with opportunity for extension Ready to Apply?Click "Apply Now" to complete our quick, mobile-friendly application.
