About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to join our food & beverage team. Acting as a liaison between the guest and our luxury dining outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and highly personalized dining experience, particularly for large parties and group reservations. The ideal candidate is deeply connected to Philadelphia's dining, cultural, and social scene, allowing them to enrich the guest's experience with local insight. Flexibility and a strong team spirit are essential, as the Food & Beverage Ambassador also supports host/ess operations when needed to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications include:

• highly polished, professional, and guest-focused with a proactive mindset

• strong knowledge of fine dining, wine, and high-end hospitality service

• well-connected in the local scene and social culture

• work authorization in the United States
