About the Role

Do you have the magic (and maybe a love for snacks or LEGO sets)?
At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we're all about creating joy-through laughter, connection, and a little bit of LEGO magic We're looking for fun-loving, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage and Retail Team as part-time Guest Experience Hosts.

Whether you're serving up delicious treats, helping families find their next favorite LEGO set, or spreading smiles in the café or shop, you'll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable. Every day is full of color, energy, and creativity-just like a LEGO build

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve up happiness Prepare and serve food and drinks with a smile while keeping things clean, safe, and fun.
  • Bring the magic to retail Help guests find the perfect LEGO souvenirs, share product knowledge, and make their shopping experience a blast.
  • Create awesome guest experiences. Engage with kids and families to make sure everyone leaves with big smiles (and maybe a few extra bricks).
  • Keep it smooth. Restock shelves, manage lines safely, and keep your workspace tidy and ready for action.
  • Be part of the team Support your fellow Hosts, follow opening and closing procedures, and bring great energy every shift.
Qualifications & Experience

About You
  • 6 months - 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
