About the Role
Modern Hyundai of Concord is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Department. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — handling inbound calls, responding to online inquiries, and following up with leads to set appointments and drive showroom traffic.

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and internet sales inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales Department.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and encourage visits.
- Accurately record customer interactions and information in CDK and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to appointment.
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of customer service, sales support, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Office experience a plus).
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
