Maintenance Specialist - Full Time
Location: Earth City, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $23/hour
Position Overview
Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to support daily operations by performing preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, electrical, or HVAC knowledge who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other industrial equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Assist with facility projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
  • Previous experience in maintenance, industrial, or facilities work.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform hands-on labor.
