Job Description: Job Title: Recruiter
Job Overview
Client USA (MBUSA) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Recruiter to support the end-to end recruiting for open roles at MBUSA within assigned scope of business. This role will focus on taking ownership of managing job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, guiding each search through to a successful offer and acceptance, and pre-employment logistics. You'll work closely with the TA leadership, who will lead communication with hiring managers and guide overall search strategy.
Job Responsibilities
• Partner with HR to ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with internal standards.
• Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
• Source and screen candidates based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support pre-employment steps including background checks and documentation.
• Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Provide timely updates to the TA leadership and assist with reporting as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in Human Resources Management or similar or equivalent work experience
• Must have 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Must have the capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism at all times
• Working Knowledge of Taleo and Peoplesoft preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information:
Position will be hybrid. Preferably working onsite at the Sandy Springs, GA office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
