Truck Team Member - Sales, Customer Service, Driver & Junk Removal

Now Hiring Full-Time. We operate 7-days a week with various shifts available

Earn: $18-$20/hr (all-in with base pay, cash/credit tips, plus the opportunity for monthly profit share bonuses)

We're looking for happy, hardworking, physically fit and responsible individuals to join

our Truck Teams. What you'll be doing:

  • You'll use your exceptional customer service skills to WOW customers
  • You'll be matched with your truck team crew for the day and out in our clean, shiny trucks visiting local properties and businesses to take away their unwanted items.
  • You'll remove, load, and sort items so we can dispose of, recycle or donate (we're committed to reducing waste).
  • You'll ensure the job order is completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services.
  • You'll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule.
  • You'll conclude each job leaving customers happy with the great work you've done.
To qualify, candidates must have:
  • A positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
  • Must be 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
  • A valid standard driver's license and good driving record for 3+ years
    (required for insurance purposes)
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience an asset
