ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Renita Prevot State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish desired
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
