Job Description:

Immigration Law Firm in Owings Mills, MD seeks a professional Client Service Representative who must have a customer service background. Comprehensive training will be provided for this fast paced, challenging and rewarding position.

Client Service duties include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, handling incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, scheduling consultations, quoting legal fees, online chat, responding to client communication, data entry, processing mail, handling checks, assisting with legal agreements and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of how the firm operates.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in an office setting.

Attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, and a teamwork mentality.
Retail, serving, and/or call center experience a plus

Additional Information:

  • This position requires availability Monday through Friday during normal business hours
  • Extended hours rotation, as needed.
  • Requires federal and state background investigation
  • Murthy Law Firm uses E-Verify® to verify employment eligibility.


Pay Range: $19 - $20 per hour

Benefits include the following: health insurance, health savings account, dental insurance, vision insurance, life & disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, floating holiday. 401k with company match is available after 12 months of service.
