Pay: $24-$28/hr + bonuses

Schedule: Part-time weekdays Split shifts (AM/PM) - No nights, weekends, or holidays

What We Offer:

  • Sign-on bonus of $3,000-$5,000 (depending on your license status)
  • Paid CDL training (valued at $6,000)
  • Average of 25 hours of work per week
  • Split shifts: 5:30-9:00 AM & 1:00-5:00 PM (may vary by route)
  • Possibility of additional charter work (field trips, sports events, etc.)

No CDL? No Problem We will support you through the training process to help you obtain your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Safely transporting students to and from school and related programs
  • Operating the school bus along assigned routes
  • Conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks
  • Assisting students on and off the bus as needed
  • Adhering to all DOT, state, and district safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with 3+ years of driving experience
  • Possess a safe driving record (no suspensions, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background checks
  • CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
