Join Us as a Staff Accountant (Contract-to-Hire) Are you a highly detail-oriented accounting professional ready to take the next step with a globally connected company? We are seeking a dedicated entry to mid level Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance/Accounting team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will support the entire accounting cycle and play a key part in our financial reporting to our foreign headquarters

Responsibilities
• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers
monthly.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records.
• Prepare local, state, and federal tax reports as required.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and
explanations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve
discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in accounting
workflows.
