  • Create polished, multi-faceted client communications, present analytic findings, and respond to client inquiries with confidence.
  • Utilize your healthcare expertise to deliver relevant implications for clients.
  • Engage effectively with client leaders to ensure the achievement of meaningful results and foster strong relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating and promoting knowledge sharing.

We seek candidates with:

  • 3 years of consulting experience and a profound commitment to transforming healthcare delivery.
  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, with an MBA required; ideal candidates are second-year MBA students graduating in Spring/Summer 2026.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and succinct communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading teams and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and current trends.
  • A flexible approach to travel as needed, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
