We're in search of seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to become part of our vibrant team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initiation to successful closure.
- Act as a Strategic Consultant, fully grasping the client's hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own networks and tools.
- Utilize Our All-in-One Platform to efficiently manage candidates, streamline outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting benefits for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Participate in Thought Leadership efforts to enhance our brand and yours simultaneously.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training available for our particular system).
