Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
This temp-to-hire position offers the chance to join a supportive , friendly team while gaining hands-on experience in key business operations, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships
- Accurately process order entry and maintain order records
- Manage purchasing and receiving activities, including creating and processing purchase orders
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight invoices, ensuring proper billing and timely delivery
- Process inventory invoices and maintain accurate system documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly CCA (Cost Contribution Analysis) and Global Reports
- Assist with maintaining inventory records and replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve issues
- Experience in purchasing and receiving required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to support sales activities and handle order transfers
