Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships
• Accurately process order entry and maintain order records
• Manage purchasing and receiving activities, including creating and processing purchase orders
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight invoices, ensuring proper billing and timely delivery
• Process inventory invoices and maintain accurate system documentation
• Prepare and submit monthly CCA (Cost Contribution Analysis) and Global Reports
• Assist with maintaining inventory records and replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve issues

• Experience in purchasing and receiving required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to support sales activities and handle order transfers
