About 360 Human Services

360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire a part-time Case Supervisor who will work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Case Supervisor to join our team. This role will cover all in-clinic hours (4-8), beginning as part-time with the opportunity to build a full caseload.

The ABA Case Supervisor conducts direct and indirect supervision of clients.

We're looking for someone with relevant experience, and being bilingual is a strong bonus. Most importantly, we want someone who can collaborate effectively and work well with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of behavior intervention services

  • Support and collaborate with Behavior Technicians and other team members

  • Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and align with client goals

  • Conduct staff training, feedback, and performance evaluations as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Pursuing a Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Behavior Supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, including training parents and instructors

  • Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB

  • Prior experience as an RBT

  • Experience conducting assessments

  • Valid state-issued driver's license and car insurance (driving required)

  • Computer literate, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and flexible

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with staff, families, and clients

  • Ability to work in home and clinical settings

  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, push a wheelchair, and work in various weather conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

  • Strong self-awareness, leadership, and self-management skills

  • Flexibility to take on new cases and cover cases as needed

  • Available to work flexible hours
