We are seeking a Client Technologies Technician to provide onsite technical support for a large agency in SC. This role supports the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, tablets, and related endpoint devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy desktops, laptops, and tablets using MECM
  • Verify BitLocker keys are stored in Active Directory and Intune
  • Ensure MECM client installation and successful device check-in
  • Install required software and document assets in the IT system
  • Troubleshoot endpoint hardware and software issues
  • Log work in the help desk ticketing system
  • Perform routine maintenance and coordinate vendor repairs
  • Assist with disposal of obsolete equipment
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of desktop and endpoint support
  • 4+ years of hardware/software installation and deployments
  • Strong MECM experience
Preferred Experience
  • Help desk ticketing systems
  • Active Directory or Intune
  • NTS Network experience
