Scrum Master/Change

Responsibilities:
- Lead the build of one or more new products
- Replace multiple applications within treasury technology
- Drive implementation of key features using Lean Agile methodology
- Support application development teams with enterprise change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc.
- ssist with Agile related routines (including but not limited to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks
- Leverage core client tools, including SharePoint, JIRA, etc.
- Understand and make connections throughout the treasury technology process to ensure roadblocks and impediments are removed
- Communicate, influence, and negotiate to obtain agreement between partners and escalating items, when needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track
- Represent the application development team in various Agile, governance and status related forums
- Resolve and influence the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities
Requirements:
- Strong relationships, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills
- gile Scrum experience
- Expertise in standard waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) SDLC
- nalytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance
- Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA), Microsoft Office, Intermediate Word, Intermediate Excel
- Strong, proactive leadership capabilities - inspiring fellowship
- bility to stimulate and participate in creative thinking for out-of-the-box solutions
- bility to effectively communicate, interact with and influence
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive team
- Willing to learn fast and adapt quickly to change

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94
