Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Delivery Department supporting multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: Target pay rate is $ 66/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support three Scrum teams by removing impediments and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Manage product backlogs and coordinate with Product Owners to prioritize work
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Agile Scrum Master experience or equivalent
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or similar)
  • Experience working in the Internal Audit AND finance domain
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Plans
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like OpenShift, OCP, and GCP tech stack is a plus
