In this role, you will be a strategic operational leader, managing complex programs or a portfolio of work, driving seamless cross-functional execution and achieving critical client objectives. You are expected to proactively identify and solve systemic challenges, not just program-level ones, setting a high standard for quality, mentorship, and operational innovation across the team.

Continuously elevate the quality of our program execution to drive exceptional agency output and deliver an outstanding client experience.Lead the creation and management of integrated program plans for complex work, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution and excellence in delivery.

  • Champion the clear structure of roles, responsibilities, and operational efficiency across multiple simultaneous programs, mentoring others on best practices.
  • Systematically and proactively evaluate program plans, resource allocation, and scope against shifting client and agency goals, leading adaptations and alignment.
  • Serve as the escalation point for identifying critical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and consistently removing systemic roadblocks for the team.

  • Identify systemic organizational or program challenges; formulate and lead the implementation of agency-level solutions, drawing on the expertise of cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of dedicated Program Management or Senior Project Management experience in an integrated agency or consulting setting, managing complex programs.
  • Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges, consistently modeling a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for the team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven aptitude for reading team dynamics, building trust, and adapting communication style to foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale resource management, budget forecasting, and advanced risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong aptitude for system design and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
