Your Daily Duties Will Include:
  • Facilitating surgical operations by preparing and organizing the operating suite
  • Upholding sterile environments and strictly following infection prevention protocols
  • Passing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
  • Administering and overseeing surgical equipment before, during, and after operations
  • Tracking supplies and ensuring operational readiness for every procedure
  • Teaming up with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical personnel for cohesive care
  • Maintaining precise surgical counts and supporting documentation
Education Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications Needed:
  • Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hiring)
