In Your Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Preparing and organizing the operating room for optimal efficiency
  • Maintaining sterile fields and following strict infection control measures
  • Assisting surgeons by providing instruments and supplies during procedures
  • Managing and ensuring the availability of surgical equipment throughout operations
  • Working with the nursing and anesthesiology teams to deliver seamless patient care
  • Keeping accurate counts of surgical instruments and documentation for each procedure
Education and Certification Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Essential Certifications Include:
  • Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
  • BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
