Job Purpose: As a Staffing Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems.

Job Functions

These functions include:

  • Identify key sourcing channels to connect and engage with both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen, assess and deliver top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow sourcing peers to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Build a robust candidate pipeline and prepare them to participate in the interview process.
  • Build out and maintain analytics around sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor's Degree
