This position offers the opportunity to become an expert in a highly lucrative segment of commercial real estate brokerage under the mentorship of senior producers with decades of experience and track record. Must haves: Demonstrated curiosity and passion to learn - willing to take chances and fail in order to grow Ambition to become an industry leader - not content just to participate Ownership/Entrepreneurial mindset - you prefer putting your future on your own shoulders Motivated by 100% commission - willing to defer immediate rewards to build a significantly greater future General foundation in small business finance - understand basics of a profit & loss statement, Balance sheet, EBITDAR Team oriented mindset - collaborate with other brokers and support staff to ensure success across all levels of the business Preferred: 1-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate investment sales or leasing Track record of sales success in non-real estate industries (financial services, insurance, medical devices, etc.) given strong consideration SIG Provides Its Brokers With Company culture of collaboration, teamwork and giving back: This is our #1 focus.
