Position Overview:
Join our team as a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in the Moveworks platform, helping to build and optimize AI-driven conversational agents that streamline employee support across various functions including IT, HR, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered bots utilizing the Moveworks platform.
- Configure intents, entities, and natural language understanding (NLU) models to ensure high accuracy.
- Create conversational flows aimed at automating use cases in IT, HR, and Finance.
- Integrate Moveworks with major platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira.
- Develop backend services leveraging Python or Node.js.
- Monitor bot performance and proactively implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to bot logic, integrations, and platform functionality.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience working specifically with Moveworks.
- Strong expertise in configuring natural language processing (NLP) and NLU.
- Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or SAP.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
