Position Overview:

Join our team as a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in the Moveworks platform, helping to build and optimize AI-driven conversational agents that streamline employee support across various functions including IT, HR, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered bots utilizing the Moveworks platform.
  • Configure intents, entities, and natural language understanding (NLU) models to ensure high accuracy.
  • Create conversational flows aimed at automating use cases in IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Integrate Moveworks with major platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira.
  • Develop backend services leveraging Python or Node.js.
  • Monitor bot performance and proactively implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to bot logic, integrations, and platform functionality.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience working specifically with Moveworks.
  • Strong expertise in configuring natural language processing (NLP) and NLU.
  • Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or SAP.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
