The Senior Consultant - Finance & Business Transformation role involves managing diverse client projects, contributing to finance and business transformation initiatives such as business strategy, deal advisory, digital innovation, and operating model transformation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing assets for process mapping, visualization, and data analysis while collaborating with various teams and clients to shape business solutions.

  • Documenting business functions' current and future states and supporting change management activities to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, keeping them informed about market trends and opportunities for continued engagement.

  • Identifying service improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements to work processes and financial performance.

  • Assisting in the sales process with potential clients, including presentations and formal discussions.

  • Occasionally working extended hours and traveling to different firm offices or client locations as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of experience managing project life cycles in strategic initiatives or business operations.

  • 3+ years of consulting or client service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement in various finance-related areas including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.

  • Familiarity with finance and accounting technology applications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as required.

  • Ability to lead and manage teams across projects of various scales.

  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suited for diverse audiences.

  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings.

Salary ranges for this position vary: between $80,000 and $110,000 in Minnesota and Illinois, and between $80,000 and $115,000 in New York and California. Actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors.
