Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager Liaison to serve as a key point of communication between internal teams and clients. This role focuses on ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency across accounts while supporting day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and motivated to contribute to long-term client success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Support account managers with coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and track account updates and requests
  • Assist in monitoring account performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Ensure client needs are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
