Job Description Our tax managers will work on a variety of tax returns including individual, estate, trust, corporate and partnership returns for federal, state and local jurisdictions, and for a variety of industries. We also value subject matter experts who wish to focus on their own chosen interests. Managers review the work of staff accountants and participate in one on one group training for the tax department. This positions requires a thorough knowledge of tax in a public accounting setting. Our tax managers also serve as lead providers of proactive tax planning, compliance, review and research services for a diverse group of clients in one or more industries. The tax manager will manage or supervise all phases of client engagements, may have primary client responsibility and, in some cases, may be assigned to manager larger scale projects. He/she may be called upon to deliver presentations and to write articles and to provide leadership, supervision, training and performance feedback to senior and staff level accountants. If you are an energetic tax professional who wants to be on a leadership track, who wants to build their skills and who are looking to provide top notch client service than we would like to speak with you.
