Job Description: Tax Manager - ASC740 How You Will Contribute: As a Tax Manager specializing in ASC740, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your key contributions will include: - Coordinating and managing the 12-month cycle of corporate clients, involving the review of income tax returns, extension, and estimated tax calculations.

- Providing strategic consulting and tax-saving strategies to clients.

- Preparing and reviewing book entries for quarterly and annual financial reporting.

- Assisting in process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for increased automation. - Developing and maintaining client relationships by delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

- Assisting with the management, training, and development of staff.

Skills - Must Have: - CPA Designation - Tax experience focusing on ASC740 (Firms to target: Big 4; Grant Thornton, RSM)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the 12-month cycle of corporate clients, including the review of income tax returns, extension, and estimated tax calculations.

2. Provide consulting and tax-saving strategies to clients.

3. Prepare and review book entries for quarterly and annual financial reporting.

4. Assist in process improvement and identify opportunities for increased automation.

5. Develop and maintain client relationships by providing high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

6. Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, MST preferred.

- CPA License required.

- 5+ progressive years of experience in the accounting industry, ASC 740 experience with privately held clients. International tax experience desired.

- Previous experience in a public accounting firm is required (Firms to target: Big 4; Grant Thornton, RSM).
