About the Role: As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our operating room team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
  • Assisting during surgeries with instrumentation, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all procedures and protocols are followed meticulously.
  • Acting as a second assistant when necessary and positioning patients safely.
  • Maintaining knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience required, making this a perfect entry-level opportunity

Physical Requirements: This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you may be required to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for long periods while assisting in surgeries.
  • Utilize proper lifting techniques and collaborate with team members during patient transfers.
