Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing modules. This role focuses on aligning business requirements with system capabilities, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing module implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Planning for seamless integration
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
  • Develop and document functional specifications, business process flows, and solution design documents
  • Support data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-production activities
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and ongoing support for Oracle Manufacturing applications
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
  • Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing and Costing
  • Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP integrations across Supply Chain and Finance
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cost Management and related modules
