Heather Hill Health Care Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a calm, welcoming environment for everyone who enters our building.

This role is much more than answering phones; our receptionist plays a key role in shaping the daily experience of our residents, their families, vendors, and staff. We're looking for someone warm, professional, composed, and who understands the importance of being the friendly face and steady presence at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist with visitor sign-in and follow facility procedures
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Support basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Collaborate with staff to support smooth daily operations
