Ford of Port Richey is looking to hire a Receptionist for our dealership - Full-time available with pay rates starting at $14.00 per hour, depending on experience
What We Offer: • Flexible Work Schedule - Full-time are available • Work week that includes some nights and weekends • Competitive Pay Plan, based on Experience and Performance • Great Benefits Package for full-time: Health & Dental Insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image • Assist with administrative duties which include: o Data Entry o Keeping Accurate Records o Organizing Files/Records Requirements • Receptionist Experience is Required • Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel • Strong Customer Service Skills • Excellent Communication Skills • Keep Accurate Records • Detail Oriented • Time Management Skills • Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills • Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic • Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas • Ability to be a Team Player • Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
