The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either commercial roofing accounts or extensive experience in residential roofing sales. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial or residential roofing markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry contacts. - Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions. - Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
