Residential Roofing Sales Representative – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Remote / Hybrid)

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: 100% Commission (40% of new leads)

A rapidly growing residential roofing company is adding a Residential Roofing Sales Representative to its team in DFW. This role is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial salesperson who enjoys autonomy and thrives on performance-based rewards.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new residential roofing leads.
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion.
  • Conduct roof inspections, prepare proposals, and close sales.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, or home improvement sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
