Our client, a global leader in data center operations and critical infrastructure management, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical to join their team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical, you will be part of the Critical Environment Operations supporting maintenance and incident response teams. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical

Mount Pleasant, WI

18 Month Contract

What's the Job?

  • Maintain and inspect critical environment-related mechanical systems, including HVAC, controls, and other facility equipment

  • Respond swiftly to onsite incidents affecting operations, leading corrective actions and coordinating with other facilities professionals

  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track equipment assets and complete work orders

  • Develop and follow emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment independently, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical trade certification or related experience preferred

  • 3- 5 years of experience in mission-critical services environments such as data centers, manufacturing, or healthcare facilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure

  • Effective communication skills in English for collaboration with regional and global teams
