As we rapidly grow our Electronic Security division, we are excited to invite motivated individuals to apply for the role of Account Executive in our Core Commercial division. This position is instrumental in driving new business development, fostering relationships, and showcasing our cutting-edge electronic security products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated sales territory effectively, utilizing CRM tools while mastering cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and chase new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to create tailored solutions for complex client challenges.
  • Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand presence and identify potential clients.
  • Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings weekly to nurture relationships and generate new business leads.
  • Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies, aimed at expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in comparable markets/accounts.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance workflow and client communication.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned geographical areas.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in electronic security sales is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
