Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborating with management, the CNC oversees nursing operations, supports staff, and fosters an environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing admission and discharge processes for efficiency and quality care.
• Participating in ongoing assessment of patient care services.
• Creating a teamwork-focused environment to improve outcomes.
• Engaging with patients to uphold a patient-first philosophy.
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Helping manage staff schedules and care needs.
• Overseeing inventory control and resource management.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing diploma.
