Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding nursing care to post-acute residents in surrounding areas
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, hygiene, and grooming
  • Ensure health and safety by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment
  • Help transport residents within the facility as necessary
  • Document and communicate residents' vital signs and overall health status to the nursing team
  • Adhere to care plans and all relevant policies and regulations
  • Build trusted relationships with residents through engaging communication
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff, residents, and their families
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of nursing care procedures and terminology
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
