Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in post-acute settings nearby.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including eating, personal hygiene, and grooming.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment to protect resident health and safety.
  • Assist in the transportation and mobility of residents as necessary.
  • Document resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Follow care plans for each resident and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Engage with residents to build trusting relationships that enhance their security.
  • Facilitate open communication with staff, residents, and families to promote transparency and comfort.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing care procedures and clinical wording.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
