NP/PA - Hospice/Palliative Care

What You'll Do
- Deliver expert symptom management and individualized care plans
- Guide patients and families through goals-of-care discussions and advance directives
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care
- Educate residents, fellows, and team members in palliative principles
- Support patients and families with empathy, even in challenging situations
- Licensed NP or PA in Maryland (or eligible at hire)
- Experience in hospice/palliative care preferred
- Strong communication skills and calm, empathetic presence
- Ability to manage complex care and family dynamics
- Flexibility to work across inpatient/outpatient settings and multiple locations

Base salary range: $123,500-$146,500 (commensurate with experience). Eligible for productivity and quality incentives.
