TidalHealth, in partnership with Your Doc's In, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team As an APP, you will be part of a leading Urgent Care Provider throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland servicing over 100,000 patients per year across six locations The APP is responsible for rendering appropriate care to any patient who presents to the clinic for any injury or illness and or making the appropriate referral for additional, follow-up, or a higher level of care.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Salary range: $128,000 - $171,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
  • Self-scheduling
  • Expectation of three patients per hour
  • Ability to make an impact on organizational efficiencies through QI projects
  • Willingness to visit multiple sites
