As a Valuable Team Member, You Will:
  • Assist in surgical operations by ensuring the operating room is optimally prepared and organized
  • Uphold sterile fields and diligently follow infection control standards
  • Pass instruments and materials to surgeons and their assistants during procedures
  • Prepare and manage surgical equipment before, during, and after interventions
  • Monitor inventory supplies to guarantee readiness for every surgery
  • Work closely with nursing staff, anesthetists, and surgical team members for coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage surgical counts
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology curriculum
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Necessary Credentials:
  • Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instrumentation and processes across various specialties
