In this role, you will assist the General and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include supporting team members through performance and training initiatives, all while delivering exceptional customer service that keeps our guests returning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification are also preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn every aspect of our menu and dive in to help your team whenever necessary.
  • Able to handle the physical demands of working in a restaurant environment.
