Responsibilities: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • Recruit, train, develop, and recognize outstanding team members
  • Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive exceptional customer service
  • Serve as a positive role model for team members
  • Maintain a strong focus on food quality and safety

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a management role with full profit and loss responsibility
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Can communicate effectively in English
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Can lift and carry between 10-65 lbs
  • Hold a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00
