Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a keen eye for detail. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and trade shows to private parties and community gatherings.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements and expectations
  • Research, negotiate, and secure venues and vendors
  • Develop event budgets and manage expenses while ensuring profitability
  • Create detailed timelines and checklists for event preparations
  • Oversee logistical arrangements including catering, audio/visual needs, and transportation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, minimum 2 years
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
