Our Patient Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental office and supporting our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all patients and visitors.
- Managing patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and conducting insurance verifications.
- Providing additional support and assistance in daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office, with knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance being preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus).
