Job Description
  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and scheduling for diverse projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risk assessments, and maintain project timelines.
  • Oversee bid processes and provide strategic input to secure successful outcomes
