Director of Preconstruction

Due to strategic growth, a well-established commercial general contractor in the Atlanta is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to found and lead its preconstruction function.This is a senior leadership role responsible for building the department from the ground up and shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy through early project involvement.The project portfolio spans Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Religious and Commercial markets. This individual will act as a client-facing leader during pursuits, partner closely with ownership and operations and establish the processes, tools and team required to support continued expansion.
